If I have to grow I have to look in the mirror.
About Me

I am a counseling psychologist, family therapist and a parenting coach. A mentor to the young and a life-coach for women and children, I am driven by my passion towards empowering and encouraging the youth and women of our country. My centre, Happiness Quotient in New Delhi, is designed to enable people to explore and enhance their inner potential.

My initial education equipped me with an MBA, after which I gained a Masters in Psychology. Currently, I am certified to practise Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Behaviour Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Mental Space Psychology. I am also a practicing Graphologist. Family-Therapy and Relationships are areas of work that excite me and indeed I passionately work to build on.

I work actively to combine psychology and education, and am currently associated with a few hospitals of Delhi and reputed schools such as Sardar Patel Vidyalaya, Step By Step School, DPS RK Puram, etc. As a guest faculty at colleges and schools, my aim is to provide the necessary, yet often ignored mentorship to the budding change-makers and leaders of society, by providing tools such as mindfulness and self-awareness to guide behaviour. For me, there is no “correct” or single way to reach your goals.
As the Director of the Delhi Cube Association, I work to make Rubik's Cubes yet another vehicle to channelise your highest potential.
As a Narrative-Therapist and Family-Therapist, I sincerely believe each one of us needs to work on ourselves, before we work on our relationships. The biggest guiding principle for me is, 'The Problem is the Problem, the Person is not the Problem'.
